We gather to move, to breathe, to discover our voices - individually and collectively. We drop deep into our own dance to discover the dance of the group and invite our individual voices to find the harmony of the circle. As our bodies start to sing and our voices start to dance, we follow the movement and sound, feeling the pulse and hearing the notes that connect, to create a field which supports every individual to be themselves, body, voice and being.

Trois jours en pleine campagne dans un endroit merveilleux, entoure de collines, avec les Pyrenees a l'horizon. Nous travaillerons dans la salle de danse et dans la nature. Possibilites d'hebergement avec cuisine sur place. This workshop will be taught in french with translation into english if required.
