A workshop holiday to refresh and inspire yourself through movement and sound in the beauty and vigour of the Northumbrian coastline.

With the wilds of the Cheviot Hills our backdrop, the dramatic expanse of the North Sea our inspiration and the over-arching protective sky the canvas for our imaginings, we will connect to our own inner and physical landscapes, to the movement of our hearts and hte creative impulses of our minds to explore through dance and song, what it is to be truly present to ourselves, to others and to the world we move in.

DATES: Monday 9 August (arrive from 4pm) to Saturday 14 August (finish at 3pm)
VENUE: Creighton Memorial Hall, Embleton and on the beach 10 minutes walk away
ACCOMMODATION: self-catering cottages in the area or camping next to the hall
MEALS: breakfast and one other vegetarian meal will be provided each day, plus hot drinks
COST: Workshop and meals £330 (£300 if booked and fully paid by Monday 21 June)
Accommodation: camping £25 - 5 nights, Monday to Friday
self-catering (shared rooms) £115 - Saturday 7 to Saturday 14
